Lake Louise Business Forum

Innova was invited to the Lake Louise Business Forum hosted by Bennett Jones. The theme of the forum was "Decisions in Leadership" and was attended by many of the brightest minds in Alberta.

Discussion panels included business leaders who shared their decision-making experiences in challenging situations, and expressed the difference between a hard decision and a difficult decision.

Other panels included political leaders who shared behind-the-scene stories about the rights and wrongs of decision-making while governing.

The keynote speaker was Olivier Sibony, co-author of the book "Noise". His engaging presentation discussed the difference between bias and noise in the decision-making process, introduced the concept of "decision hygiene", and gave practical advice on how to make decisions with better outcomes.
