Clean Hydrogen Tax Credit

Innova is pleased to read in the Government of Canada’s 2024 Fall Economic Statement that the Clean Hydrogen Investment Tax Credit (ITC) is now eligible through the deployment of methane pyrolysis projects.

This policy revision ensures all hydrogen generation pathways are treated equally based on the carbon intensity of the process.
