We are scaling
our proprietary technology that transforms methane gas, from natural or biogenic sources, into two high-value, high-demand products vital to the energy transition:
clean synthetic graphite and hydrogen.
How does it work?
Novel process cleanly splits methane (CH4) into carbon (C) and hydrogen (2H2)
Our proprietary technology takes abundant, inexpensive methane gas (CH4) from natural or biogenic sources, and by applying heat and a catalyst, splits it into its constituent components of carbon (C) and hydrogen (2H2). The liberated carbon adheres to the catalyst in the form of graphite, leaving a hydrogen co-product.
Our process uses no water or oxygen. It produces no carbon dioxide.
The graphite can be sold as a valuable raw material, or undergo further processing for a multitude of applications such as soil remediation, concrete, steel, and battery manufacturing. The hydrogen
co-product, along with any unreacted methane, can be used or sold as a low-carbon
fuel, or purified for use as an industrial feedstock.
Our “plug & play” system is modular, scalable and ties seamlessly into existing infrastructure to enable rapid deployment and flexible, decentralized, industrial siting.

Industry can integrate our technology into already existing long-life infrastructure. By intercepting the methane feedstock prior to combustion, our zero-emission process can capture the carbon in solid form, preventing the creation of CO2, and replace the methane with hydrogen, a clean burning fuel.
The captured carbon, which takes the form of clean synthetic graphite, is a high-value, high-demand product with utility, both raw and processed, in a multitude of applications. It can be easily stored, utilized on site, or transported to an offtaker location.
