$300K Research Grant

Innova, in partnership with the University of Calgary (UofC), has been awarded a $300,000 contribution from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) Alliance and Alberta Innovates' Campus Alberta Small Business Engagement (CASBE) program to test Innova's process outputs for battery and fuel cell utilization.

The program assists Alberta small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) developing technology with the highest potential for regional economic development and commercialization in Alberta and in Canada through collaboration with post-secondary R&D.
